or maybe played a million years ago but forgot most of it.

THE BEGINNER 3 COURSE :
Did you use to play bridge regularly but you need to learn a more modern style?
Have you already taken a couple dozen or so bridge classes recently and played a few times?
This series goes deeper into the finer points of basic modern bidding then the Beginner2 course.
Study card play, learn defense and partnership signaling.
Four to six practice play hands are thoroughly analyzed each week.
Designed so you can jump in at any time.
$30 per session or eight for $200.
Tuesday evenings from 7:15pm - 9:15pm.
Thursday mornings from 10am - noon.
Wednesday evenings at our 2nd Ave. and 65th St. club from 6:45pm - 8:45pm.

You might want to try one of our supervised play sessions (see below) before joining a class to see what comes back.

SUPERVISED PLAY :
Practice what you've learned with an instructor in an informal atmosphere with absolutely no pressure.
You do NOT need a partner. In fact, this is the best way to find a new one.
View our Supervised Play schedule by clicking on the "Supervised Play Schedule" left prompt on your screen.

FOR INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS :
These classes teach you how not to think like a beginner.
They include the "right" way to count out hands; what you should be thinking about before playing to the first trick;
counting tricks as declarer and defender; preemptive bidding, balancing, negative doubles, distributional bids, and more advanced play technique.
Four to six practice hands are thoroughly analyzed every session.
$30 per lesson or $200 for a series of eight.
For a list of our current Intermediate courses click on "Ongoing Intermediate Classes" on the left menu.
